I am curious. If you have a minute read the article the Canadian Heart and Stroke foundation has and do their stress test. This test is not really a typical test in my opinion but it is still a good one and the main reason I think it is a good because it makes you think about what you do and how you behave.
Sometimes if somebody is saying something to us about our behavior or actions we might simply dismiss their observation because we might not value their opinion or we learned to tune out people who are not on “our side”. When we read something we might be more prone to look “inside” , take the time and analyze what’s really going on.
